Brian Bartel is a technology integrator/coach for the Appleton Area School District, where he works with elementary teachers, the 4K team and the Assistive Technology team. In addition to supporting high quality instruction and learning with technology, Brian is focused on helping teachers find ways to have students use technology to create content and communicate their learning with technology. Still a science teacher at heart, Brian is also a co-host of Lab Out Loud (www.laboutloud.com), a podcast for science education that’s been running for over 15 years. Always playing with technology, Brian is also interested in sensors and photography - especially with pinhole cameras and flying cameras!
