Dedicated science teacher with 28 years of experience in education. Holding a Master's in Professional Development and a Doctorate in Leadership, Innovation, and Continuous Improvement, Dr Caucutt is deeply involved in school leadership, serving on the PBIS Committee, Building Leadership Team, and Technology Committee. A recipient of over $30,000 in grants for her district, Dr. Caucutt was also awarded the prestigious Kohl's Fellowship in 2017. Passionate about advancing educational practices, Mary is committed to fostering innovation and continuous improvement in the classroom and beyond.
