About me
Aaron Burg graduated from UW Oshkosh in 2007 with degrees in biology and secondary education, along with a minor in chemistry. He earned a Master of Education -- Professional Development degree from UW LaCrosse. Since beginning his teaching career in 2008, Aaron has been dedicated to Badger High School in Lake Geneva, WI, where he has cultivated a strong presence in science education.
Passionate about equitable learning practices, Aaron focuses on delivering high-quality science curriculum and fostering student sensemaking. Their work includes exploring innovative methods to measure sensemaking and scaling impactful student learning experiences across large PLCs and departments. Outside of the classroom, Aaron enjoys spending time with family, hunting, mowing the lawn, and tackling building projects.
